Long time local Jim "Stroke" Jochem started Atlas Backflow back in 2009, and has remained a prominent and trusted name in the Roaring Fork Valley. He has recently retired and left the business in the capable hands of his stepson, Andy Bleiler, who has worked alongside Jim since May 2021.

Andy is an ABPA certified backflow tester, and is also certified with the state of Colorado Division of Fire Prevention and Control to test backflow assemblies on fire suppression systems. Atlas Backflow maintains current liability insurance, and will provide a personalized certificate of insurance upon request.
